1.In consideration of information furnished and presented to me on the business listed above, I agree that should I buy, lease, or come into possession of any of them within 24 months from the date thereof, that I will protect REALTY ALL.COM ‘s rights to a commission. I understand that REALTY ALL.COM has a listing agreement or contract with the owner or their authorized agent, of the business listed above which provides for a commission payment. I understand that if I interfere in any way with the broker’s contract right to a commission from the Seller, I may be personally liable for the payment of that commission. I understand that should I become a manager or connected with any of the businesses disclosed or should I buy, lease, or rent the premises herein set forth, than a commission will be due to REALTY ALL.COM. I understand that a commission is due if negotiations have commenced or I have seen the business during the listing period even if the listing becomes inactive. It is agreed that if I make the purchase through your office, I am liable for a commission. 2.I fully understand that REALTY ALL.COM and it’s agents are agents for the Seller. 3.I understand that the financial data provided to me by REALTY ALL.COM has not been audited by REALTY ALL.COM and therefore it is not warranted by REALTY ALL.COM to be accurate. (however, the Seller has warranted it to be accurate.) I agree to conduct my own close inspection of any financial or other data at the time I make an offer. Because of the obvious fact that REALTY ALL.COM cannot be knowledgeable in the details of management and operation of all types of businesses, I agree to hold REALTY ALL.COM and it’s agents harmless against demands, claims, damages, or other legal actions stemming from inaccurate information supplied by the Seller. 4.I agree to provide a financial statement to REALTY ALL.COM and any Sellers to whom I have made an offer, and to allow them to investigate my resume and credit history. I expect this information to be used only for the purposes of determining my ability to purchase and operate the business on which I have made an offer. 5. If for some reason I enter into litigation with REALTY ALL.COM over facts relating to any purchase or attempted purchase of a business, I agree that the prevailing party in the litigation shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees, together with all other costs reasonably incurred whether statutory or not. 6.This agreement shall survive any closing transaction conducted through REALTY ALL.COM. I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this agreement, and have received a copy of this agreement.
